钙非依赖型磷脂酶A_2活性的调节及生物学功能 被引量：1

摘要 钙非依赖型磷脂酶A2(iPLA2)属于Ⅵ型磷脂酶A2,其活性受蛋白激酶C(PKC)、钙调蛋白、活性氧等物质的调节。iPLA2分解产生的花生四烯酸(AA)和溶血磷脂是一类信号传递因子,参与调节多种细胞功能。该文就iPLA2的调节及生物学功能作一综述。
