水蛭素对脑出血后脑水肿36例分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨水蛭素对脑出血后脑水肿与脑组织损伤的影响。方法随机将70例脑出血患者分为对照组和治疗组。对照组常规治疗,治疗组加用水蛭胶囊口服治疗。治疗前及治疗后3d、2周两组均行头颅CT、血清肌酸激酶(CPK)检查及临床神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗组的脑水肿带,血清CPK和神经功能缺损评分的改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论水蛭素可以减轻脑出血后血肿周围的水肿与组织损伤,从而提高临床疗效。 Objective To investigate the effect of hirudin on brain edema and brain injuries after intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 70 patients of intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly distributed to 2 groups: control and treatment. The patients in treatment group were given oral hirudin capsule in addition to traditional therapy received by those in control group. Cranial CT, serum CPK inspection and clinical neurological functional deficiency score (CNFDS) were measured in two groups before treatment, 3 days and 2 weeks after treatment. Results The difference between two groups was significant (P〈0.01). The improvement of brain edema range, serum CPK and CNFDS in treatment group were obviously superior than the control. Conclusion Hirudin can alleviate brain edema around the haematoma and tissue injuries after intracerebral hemorrhage, which thereby elevate the effect of clinical therapy.
