建立一个两阶段博弈模型来分析两个相同公司间研发的非合作和合作情况,并通过比较研发的均衡水平、消费者剩余以及社会福利,得出如下结论:在研发过程中,与非合作情形相比,公司间进行合作时的均衡水平较高,消费者剩余和社会福利较大,因此两公司间研发的合作比不合作要好,并且这种合作是一种双赢的结果。
