摘要
激励是企业管理的重要内容,如何运用好激励机制就成为企业特别是民族地区中小企业面临的一个十分重要的问题。以湘西边城集团为例,分析了激励在该企业中的运用,进而为民族地区中小型企业如何运用激励理论提供一些借鉴。

How to utilize the perfectly becomes on extremely important question to the enterprise specially the small and mediumrsized enterprise in national area. this article take the western Hunan Biancheng group as the example analysised in this enterprise's utilization, and then provided some models for the multi-national area's middle and small scale enterprise about how to use incentive theory.
