摘要
运用CFX软件对混流式转轮不同工况下的流场进行计算,得出作用在转轮上的压力。通过有限元软件把叶片的压力分布作为荷载加载到转轮上,由此精确地计算变工况下的混流式转轮及叶片刚强度,确定出混流式转轮叶片上的应力和变形。
In this paper,we first use software to analysis the flow field of runner for Francis trubine under different working conditions,we can get the pressure field and velocity field from the analysis.After that,by using this software we can use the pressure field as the load which act on the turbine blades and calculate the turbine blade rigidity under dynamic working conditions and we can get the stress and distortion of the runner.The analysisresult and disscusion are given,which supports the research on the characteristic analysis for rotor-bearing system dynamics of large hydroelectric machines.
