闸墩“枣核形”裂缝成因机理和防裂方法研究 被引量:13

摘要 针对闸墩中经常出现的“枣核形”裂缝,借助混凝土温度和应力有限元仿真计算方法,进行多工况多参数的比较分析研究,在查清具体工程裂缝成因机理后,提出适时合理的防裂方法,应用效果明显,对类似工程提供了借鉴作用。 In hydro-engineering,the crack of concrete in sluice piers is an old problem,but this problem has not been solved up to now.Focusing on the problem of concrete crack similar to Chinese date core in sluice piers,in this paper the finite element methodfor temperature and thermal stress simulation calculation was used and thereafter the mechanism of formation of the cracks was researched and different respective measures for prevention from the cracking were analyzedand put forward.These measures have also been directly applied to different projects during construction and satisfactory effectiveness was achieved.This should have great reference signification to similar concrete projects in the future.
