钙钛矿载体的制备及合成碳酸二苯酯活性评价 被引量:2

Preparation of Perovskite-type Oxide as Support and Its Evaluation of Catalyst Activity on Synthesis of Diphenyl

摘要 采用柠檬酸络舍物分解法,制备了锰系钙钛矿型复合氧化物LaxA1-xMnO3(A-Sr,Pb,Ce)载体,并用沉淀法将活性组分Pd负载于载体上制得非均相催化刑,用于氧化羰基化合成碳酸二苯酯的研究。用XRD、ChemBET300比表面仪等对不同煅烧温度下所制备的载体的物相进行了表征,其结果表明:煅烧温度在550~650℃时可得到结晶性好的单相钙钛矿型复舍氧化物,载体比表面积可达30m^2/g以上。用不同载体所制得的催化荆用于DPC的合成实验,结果表明:载体的煅烧温度在650℃左右催化剂的活性较好,产品DPC的收率在10%左右。 A pervoskite-type compound oxidesLaxA1-xMnO3(A- Sr,Pb,Ce) as a Support was prepared by the citrate complex method. The active component Pd in the heterogeneous catalyst for synthesizing diphenyl carbonate(DPC) was loaded on it by the precipitated process. The carrier was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and ChemBET300 instruments. The resuitS show that the pattern was well crystallized at 550- 650 ℃, being single-phase oxide, and its specific surface area was more than 30 m^2/g. Furthermore, it was obtained from experiment that when the carrier was calcined at the temperature 650 , the activity of catalyst was the best and the yield of DPC can reach 10 %.
