石粉对中低强度机制砂混凝土性能的影响 被引量:107

摘要 机制砂颗粒粗糙、棱角多,且级配不良,在配制中低强度等级混凝土时,用水量相对较大,拌制的混凝土工作性差,易离析。对比研究了不同石粉含量对机制砂混凝土工作性和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,在机制砂混凝土中掺入一定比例的石粉能明显改善混凝土的工作性,提高混凝土的强度,尤其是在水泥用量少的情况下,上述改善效果更加显著。这为机制砂生产中对石粉含量的合理控制,有效利用石粉来提高机制砂混凝土的性能提供了依据。 Due to particles of manufactured sand are rough and angular with unsatisfactory grading, it needs more water to prepare low/medium s, rength concrete with manufactured sand, and the mixes are of low workability and ease of segregation. This paper studies on effects of various contents of crusher dust on workability and compressive strength of low/medlum strength concrete with manufactured ,sand by comparisons. The results indicate that crasher dust content in a certain proportion to manufactured sand, especially in case of less cement content, can improve workability obviously, and strength to a degree. This study supports reasonable control of crusher dust content in production of manufactured sand, and supports effective utilization of crusher dust in preparation of concretes with manufactured sand.
