摘要
利用几何非线性有限元法对大型煤气柜顶盖这种新颖的结构进行全过程分析,考虑铺板局部屈曲后强度利用,借助弧长法跟踪结构的荷载-挠度曲线,探讨结构失稳的原因和屈曲过程。结果表明:钢板和网壳共同作用,表现出组合柜顶结构所独有的力学特性。此外,可通过加强柜顶的中环梁附近区域来提高结构的整体稳定性。
The complete process of the top cover on a large gas tank was analyzed by geometrically nonlinear FEM. Considering the post-buckling strength of its panels, load-deflection response of the top cover was tracked by arc-length method. The buckling reasons and process of the structure were also studied. The results show that the steel plates and inner dome work together, which represents unique mechanical features of composite structures. Moreover, the stability of whole structure can be enhanced by reinforcing the aress around the middle-clrcle beams on the top cover.
