锚固岩体复合材料力学性质的数值模拟研究

Research on the Composite Material Mechanical Properties of Anchoring Rock Mass

将岩体锚-杆支护系统看作一种由岩体(基体)、锚杆(增强材料)和砂浆(粘结材料)组成的复合材料,利用复合材料力学的方法和观点建立锚杆加固岩体的细观力学等效模型,建立岩体-锚杆支护系统复合材料的宏观力学性质与其组分材料性能及细观结构之间的定量关系,从整体上评价该支护系统的增强效果。同时,在ANSYS分析软件的基础上利用APDL进行二次计算程序开发,选取岩体-锚杆复合材料代表单元体,通过对单元体进行单轴和三轴数值模拟试验,得到锚固岩体复合材料的等效应力-应变关系,并研究了其等效强度性质。

In this paper, the rock bolt system was considered as a composite made of rock mass （parent material） and bolt （reinforced material） and mortar （binding material）. A micro-mechanical composite model of the rock bolt support system was founded to study the quantitative relationship between macro-mechanical properties of the composite material and those of the constitutional materials. So the reinforced effect can be valued comprehensively. Also an expanded ANSYS program was made to simulate the inside laboratory load condition. A solid represent element was made to simulate the composite material. Uniaxial compression and triaxial compression tests were completed. So an equivalent stress-strain curve was drawn from the simulation test, and the equivalent elastic moduli of the composite were obtained, so did the cohesion and friction angle. The equivalent strength of the composite material was studied.
