摘要
蓄热水箱是带热水供应的节能型空调器关键设备之一,它的设计是否合理直接关系到这种节能空调器运用的成败。本文针对适合于带热水供应的节能型空调器蓄热水箱,对其容积和结构进行了合理的设计,并通过实验,分析了系统在用水和不用水的两种情况下,蓄热水箱内水温的变化情况。同时,还对蓄热水箱的保温情况进行了测试。实验结果表明,只要能合理设计蓄热水箱及合理分配用水时间,就可以解决系统产水时间与用水时间不一致的矛盾,满足用户用水的要求。本文的研究结果能对今后设备产品化提供重要的指导作用。
A hot water storage tank is one of key parts of saving-energy air conditioner with domestic hot water supply. Its design is very important to be succeeded in applying this saving-energy unit. As to the hot water storage tank fitting for saving-energy air conditioner with domestic hot water supply, capacity and structure of the hot water storage tank are rationally designed in this paper. At the same time, variation of hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank is analyzed in case of using hot water or not and heat preservation of the hot water storage tank is tested through the experiment. Thus, it is concluded that this system can solve the contradiction of air conditioner running time and using hot water time, if only the hot water storage tank and time of using hot water are rationally designed. Moreover, the results can provide a guidance to manufacture a serial of products in the future.
