摘要
综述了铁路机务工作“八五”期间所取得的包括运输、牵引动力改革、安全基础工作、运用与检修制度管理等方面的成就,展望了“九五”发展目标及重点任务,同时提出了1996年的重点工作内容。
The paper summarizes the achievement in locomotive and car work including transportation reform , traction force reform, safe foundation work, application and repair system management during the Eighth Five ?Year Plan period. The paper looks into the future target and key tasks during the Ninth Five ?Year Plan period. At the same time it puts forward the main working contents in 1996.
