万倍光电显微仪在生殖支原体感染诊断中应用价值的研究

摘要 目的:评价万倍光电显微仪在生殖支原体(Mg)感染诊断中的应用价值。方法:性病患者126例分泌物标本分别做万倍光电显微仪检测,PCR检测,支原体培养,比较检测结果。结果:万倍光电显微仪对泌尿生殖道感染患者中Mg感染检出率与PCR检测和培养法的检出率比较差异无显著性(p>0.05),并能快速反映治疗结果。结论:应用万倍光电显微仪可直接检测活体Mg,诊断快速直观准确,并可用于疗效判断。 Objective :To evaluate the significance of the application of the TH-photoeletric microscope for deagnosis of Mycoplasma genitalium infecton. Method: The specimens from 126 cases of STD were performed in TH-photoeletric Microscope,mycoplasma culture and PCR. compare The result of the eamination. Result: there is no significant difference in positive rate of Mycoplasma genitalium by TH-photoeletric microscope,culture and PCR(p〈0.05). and the TH-photoelectric microscope can reflect the effect of cure quickly. Conclusion: Application of TH-photoeletric microscope can detect the living Mycoplasma genitalium quickly,directly and accurately, it can be used to make the judgement of cured effect.
