摘要
实验分别采用混合盐析和乙醇沉淀的方法对从冰糖脐橙皮中提取果胶的条件进行研究与探讨,通过实验分别得出最佳提取条件,并比较2种工艺方法的优缺点。
This experiment study and probe the condition of extracting pectin from the Bingtang orange by the method of mixed salt and alcohol,we can obtained the best condition of extracting pectin from Bingtang naval orange peel and contrast the two methods at the same time.
