摘要
本文阐述了高速列车动车轻型化及具有良好气动性能流线化外形的重要意义.通过对我国第一台高速动车样车车体钢结构轻型化的研究,提出了“按整体承载思路,在车体纵、横断面上形成尽可能多的封闭框架,并协调各构件的刚度,充分发挥车体各主要构件的承载作用,以提高结构的整体强度和刚度”的车体结构设计方案;并成功地解决为适应流线化外形司机室钢结构三维扭曲梁件及三维蒙皮的设计难题.这些,对今后高速列车的发展有重要实用价值.
This paper deals with the significance of the,lightening of high-speed motorized unit and its streamlined contour with excellent aerodynamic performance. By the studies of the lightening of car-body steel structure of China's first high-speed prototype locomotive,this paper gives the design of car-body structure-forming the confining frames on the body's vertical/horizontal sides as many as possible in the light of the integral load-bearing principle,and harmonizing the stiffness of each component,thus to make full use of those load-bearing functions of major components so that both sfiffness and strength can be generally improves. In addition,this paper successfully solves the problem concerning the designing of threedimensional torsion beam pieces of the streamlined contour steel structure of cab,and that of three-dimensional skin. All this will be of great practical significance to the further development of high-speed train.
