赫鲁晓夫“全民党”思想的批判与反思

Re-assess Khrushcerv’s Theory of Party of the Entire People

20世纪60年代,赫鲁晓夫公开提出改变无产阶级性质的“全民党”思想,宣布用“全民党”代替无产阶级政党。中苏论战期间,中共对这一思想进行了猛烈批判,然而以今天的眼光来看,赫鲁晓夫提出的“全民党”并不全错,而中共过去对“全民党”的批判也不全对。重新审视和评价特定历史条件下的这一思想,对于我们当前的政党建设具有某种启示意义。

In the 1960s, Khrushchev submitted the theory of Party of the entire people that would change the proletariat nature of communist party. Khrushchev held that we should take the place of the proletarian party using All Peoples Party. At that time, Chinese Communist Party did not agree with the theory at all and criticized it fiercdy. However, some years later, we find that the theory of entire People Party is not wrong in every aspect, and the criticism from Chinese Communist Party to the theory at that time is not right in every aspect. Scanning and assessing the theory all over again it is of some apocalypses to our current Party construction.
