摘要
论述了塑料制品设计、原料配方、设备选用与口模流道设计间的关系,阐明了它们之间良好协调的重要性;并结合塑料熔体流变理论和实践经验,以180装饰壁板为例,分析讨论了此类异型材口模流道设计的思路和方法.
This paper analyzes relationship among the design of plastic products, raw material constitution and fluid channel design of extrusion die and elucidates the importance of their a-greements each other. Based on the rheological theory of plastic melt and practical experiences,it puts forwards a design method of the fluid channel of extrusion die for RPVC decorating allotype materials.
