摘要
对中国有色金属发展和存在的主要问题,作了积极解决好矿产资源匮乏,强化对有色金属开发环境保护,促进有色金属产品生产科技创新,加大培养有色金属发展所需要人才,提高对外开放水平,实施有色金属工业战略性重组,努力实现有色金属工业可持续发展的探讨,并得出相关结论。
Based on development of non-ferrous metal of China and main problems, the development trend was put forward. It discussed the following aspects, solving the problem of lacking of mineral resources ; strengthening environmental protection of non-ferrous metal development;promoting innovation of production and technology of non-ferrous metal products ;strengthening training of talent needed in non-ferrous metal development ;increasing level to open to the outside world; implementing strategic recombination of the non-ferrous metal industry; and realizing sustainable development of the non-ferrous metal industry. The relative conclusions were gained.
