摘要
以湖北鄂东地区提纯钠化后的精制钠基蒙脱石为基质原料,以Ti(n-C4H9O)4为钛源,在老化温度与时间分别为35℃和3h的条件下制备交联剂,将其嵌入蒙脱石层间,可得到层间距d001值和比表面积分别达3.59nm和409.1m2/g的高性能柱撑蒙脱石,500℃煅烧后其比表面积稳定在374.3m2/g,具有较好的热稳定性。
The cross-linking agent was prepared at 35℃aged for 3 hours, taking the purified sodium-base montmorillonite from Edong District of Hubei as matrix material and using Ti(n- C4H9O)4 as titanium resource. The high-property pillared montmorillonite with the largest pore structure (d001=3.59nm and specific surface area=409, lm^2/g) could be gained as the cross-linking agent was inserted in interlamination of the montmorillonite. After calcination of the montmorillonite at 500℃, its specific surface area was stabilized at 374.3m^2/g, withhigh stability.
