摘要
近年来,源于北美大陆的反思型教师教育理论日益受到我国教师教育界的关注。反思型教师教育是对技术型教师观和经验型教师教育模式的一种否定。它强调教师教育的核心应是培养教师对现有的教育理论与教学实践进行批判性反思的意识与能力,通过反思加实践,教师不断地对教育理论进行解构和自我建构,从而获得自身的专业发展。反思型教师教育模式对英语教育专业学生创新与实践能力培养有着深刻的启示。
In recent years, China's teacher education circles has given more and more attention to refleceive teacher education theory originated from North America. Reflective teacher education is a negation of technical teacher conception and experience teacher education mode. It stresses that the heart of teacher education should be to cultivate teachers' awareness and ability to conduct crtical reflection on the current education theory and teaching practice. And through reflection and practice, teachers constantly analyze education theory and realize self-construction and gain their own professional development. Reflective teacher education mode provides deep enlightenment to the cultivation of the innovative and practical ability of the students of English education majors.
