摘要
分析了我国高职学院的生源特点及一般学生的学习动机。认为要提高高职学生思想教育的实效,必须准确把握高职学生的特点进行因材施教。
The paper analyzes the characters of candidates for vocational colleges in China as well as the average students＇ motivation of study. In order to get the expected effect of ideological and political education for students in vocational colleges, it is necessary to know the students well and then teach them accordine to their antitude.
