研究了社会保障在社会主义市场经济中的地位与作用,分析了目前我国社会保障制度存在的主要问题,提出了建立和完善我国社会保障体系的建议和措施。

This paper researches on the position and function of the social security in the socialist market economy, analyzes on the main problems existing in our country＇s current social security system, and puts forward some suggestions and measures of establishing and perfecting our country＇ s current social security system.
