Research on Collaboration Tasks and Operation Process of Supply Chain Based on CPFR

协同规划、预测和补给(CPFR)是20世纪90年代末出现的一种新型供应链管理技术,更是一种面向供应链的新型合作伙伴关系策略,对于供应链伙伴改善合作关系、提高预测准确度和供应链效率、减少库存、提高消费者满意程度等均有重要的意义。本文阐述了协同规划、预测和补给(CPFR)的概念和特点,分析了基于CPFR的合作任务、合作关系和其运作流程。

Collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment （CPFR） is a new technology of inventory management and strategy of supply chain partnership. It has significant effect on improvement of partnerships and customer satisfaction, enhancement of forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency, and reduction of inventory. The concept and characteristics of CPFR have been described in this paper, and the collaboration tasks, collaborative relationships and the operation processes of the supply chain based on CPFR have been analyzed.
