张拉筒形结构的研究

摘要 利用张拉成形技术和预应力技术发展出一种新型大跨预应力钢结构形式———张拉筒形结构,并研究了它的计算分析理论、张拉成形机理及受力变形特点。通过与目前工矿企业大型库房建设中常采用的落地筒形结构的算例对比,发现了张拉筒形结构的许多优点。研究结果表明,张拉筒形结构不仅施工速度快、成本降低、质量与安全更易于保证,而且与传统筒网壳结构相比还有支座水平推力小、结构刚度较大等方面的优势,具有很好的工程应用前景。 In this paper, a new style large-span prestressed steel structure-the stressed-cylindrical structure has been excogitated. The analysis theory, the mechanism of stressed-to form technology and the characteristics of stress distribution were investigated. Through the comparison and analysis between stressed-cylindrical structure and the conventional barrel shell, which is often used in the construction of large-scale storehouse in factories and mines, we testified the advantages of this new style of structure. The research results show that the stressed-cylindrical structures not only have the advantages of higher construction speed, lower construction cost, easily guaranteed safety and quality, but also have the compensative superiority of steel consumption, structure rigidity and horizontal thrust over the conventional barrel shell structures, the new style structure will have a bright future.
