摘要
对涪陵区、乡两级农技信息服务系统做了描述,给出了电子邮件技术在农技系统中应用的设计模型,阐述了设计的基本思想,并对其基本功能模块和关键技术进行了说明。
This paper describes agriculture technique information system of Fuling District and its towns, gives the E - mail technique actual usage of design model, describes the basic thought, explains basic function of this system and key technique.
