摘要
以盆栽扁桃(AmygdaluscommunisL.)为试材,运用叶绿素荧光技术,在自然光下测定了3个扁桃品种的叶绿素荧光特性。结果表明,参试品种间的叶绿素荧光参数值存在差异。非拉各乃斯(Ferragnes)和索坡诺娃(Sopernova)的最大光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)均高,且正午过后恢复较快,不仅能较强地吸收光能,同时还具有较高的光系统活性和光能转化效率,能将所吸收的光能有效地转化为化学能,提高光合电子传递速率。
Trials with three pot - cultured varieties of almond (Amygdalus communis L. ) under natural lighting revealed that there existed difference in parameter of their chlorophyll fluoreseene. Fv/Fm and qP of ‘Ferragnes'and ‘Sopernova' were higher than that of ‘Ferraduel' , and Fv/Fm restored very fast after noon. The leaves of ‘Ferragnes' and ‘Sopemova’ not only could absorb the light energy more effectively, but also had higher PS Ⅱ activity and light energy transforming efficiency, which could turn the light energy absorbed into chemical energy effectively, and then increased the transmitting rate of photosythetie electrons.
