屋面雨水系统设计及施工中的几个问题探讨

摘要 针对重力流屋面雨水系统设计及施工中经常遇到的钢结构屋面漏水和立管汇水面积的确定等问题进行了探讨。钢结构屋面漏水的常见原因在于没有合理地计算天沟及立管的排水能力,应针对钢结构的彩钢板屋面与天沟之间有搭接缝这一特点采取必要的措施;雨水立管的汇水面积应结合是否安装雨水斗、是否设置天沟及斗前水深进行计算确定。 Water leakage from steel structural roof and determination of water catchment area of rain leader always were met in the design and construction of roof rainwater system with gravity flow, and these problems are discussed. Water leakage from steel structural roof is always caused by the failure of reasonable calculation for drainage capacity of rain gutter and leader. Necessary measures shall be taken in accordance with the characteristics that there is lapped seam between colored steel roof plate and gutter. The water catchment area of rain leader shall be determined based on whether the rainwater hopper and gutter are set up, and the calculation of water depth before the rainwater hopper.
