摘要
为了提高信息通信系统的自动化管理水平,使之步入流程化、标准化、定量化、科学化的运行轨道,云电信通公司针对云南电网信息通信资源管理相对滞后的现状,积极组建云电信息通信资源管理系统,完成了对云南电力通信网络中的运行设备、电路资源和通信站的基础管理,取得可嘉成果。文章对该系统的结构、功能、硬件配置进行了介绍,对实施过程中遇到的诸项问题及解决方法作了总结,并强调提出:对于种类数据收集和录入的全面、准确与否,直接关系到系统的成败。
In order to improve automation management level of information and communication system, and to make it into a flowing the process, standardization, quantification and scientific running orbit, aimed at the comparatively laggard status of communication and information resources management in Yunnan electric power network, Yunnan Power Telecom and Information Company positively constructed the management system of communication and information resources, finished the basis management of operating equipment, circuit resources and communication station in the communication network, and acquired valuable result. This paper introduces the structure, function and hardware scheme of this system, and draws the problems and solution method occurred during executable process. The conclusion emphatically indicates that the most crucial point is to collect and input data accurately and comprehensively, which directly affects the result of the whole system.
