摘要
随着电力系统通信的发展,通信电源在通信系统运行中的地位越来越重要。而随着通信站点的增多,在有限人力物力的条件下很难按照规程要求完成蓄电池的定期充放电试验。该文就该问题提出了利用计算机技术通过在电源监控系统中增加对蓄电池充放电的运程控制,来实现蓄电池的充放电功能。该方法不仅满足了蓄电池维护的规程要求,而且节约了大量的人力和物力,提高了工作效率。该文详细介绍了该方法的实现原理与过程。
With the development of telecommunication in electric power system, the power supply equipments play more and more important roles in telecommunication system. It's difficult to complete the battery maintenance because the number of substation is increasing but the number of maintainer is limited. This paper discusses how to use the computer techniques to realize the remote control and supervision of battery. The method can not only satisfy the regulation demands but also improve the efficiency. The implement principle and process of this method are introduced in detail.
