摘要 (-)-羟基柠檬酸(hydroxycitricacid,(-)-HCA)是一种主要存在于藤黄(Garcinia)果实外壳中天然有机酸,在抑制脂肪合成、抑制食欲和减低体重方面具有良好功效,已被很好地应用于功能性食品。本文详细介绍了HCA的性质、生理功能、安全毒理等各方面特性。 （-）-Hydroxycitric acid [（-）-HCA] is the principal acid of fruit rinds of Garcinia. Studies indicated that （-）- HCA suppress the fatty acid synthesis, lipogenesis, food intake and induced weight loss. The characteristics of HCA and its physiological functions, safety were expounded detail.
