高纯球形纳米SiO_2的制备、改性与应用研究

Research on the Preparation,Modification and Application ofHigh Purity Spherical Nano-SiO_2

高纯球形纳米SiO_2是一种具有诸多优越性能的新型材料,对于诸多行业产品的提档升级具有极其重要的意义。本文综述了纳米SiO_2的制备及改性方法,对各种方法进行了归纳和评价,并对其应用领域作了简要概括。通过研究表明,以粉石英为基本原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米SiO_2具有纯度高、球形度高、成本低等特点。

The high purity spherical nano-SiO2 is a new material which characterized with many predominant capability, is of great importance to improve the quality of products of all kinds of lines. The methods of preparation and modification are introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of different methods are reviewed, and the main applied fields of high purity spherical nano-SiO2 are pointed out. The research show that the high purity spherical nano-SiO2 prepared from silicon powder by sol-gel method, the products characterized with high purity, high spherical degree and low cost etc.
