摘要 用六氯环三磷腈作为阻燃剂,丙烯酸-2-羟丙酯作为UV固化活性单体,合成UV固化磷腈阻燃单体。当六氯环三磷腈与丙烯酸-2-羟丙酯的物质的量之比为1∶6时,产物的产率为80.3%。经FT-IR光谱与31PNMR分析,表明六氯环三磷腈和丙烯酸-2-羟丙酯发生了反应。含磷腈阻燃单体的固化物的氧指数为27,不含磷腈阻燃单体的固化物的氧指数为23,说明合成的磷腈阻燃单体具有一定的阻燃效果。 UV - curable monomer with phosphazene flame retardant was prepared by hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene(HCP) as flame retardant, 2 -hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA) as active monomer in this paper. The yield was 80. 3% when n(HPA): n(HCP) =6: 1. FT -IR and 31PNMR analysis indicated the occurence of reaction between HPA and HCP. LOI value of cured film with UV - reactive phosphazene monomer was 27, while LOI value of cured film without UV - reactive phosphazene monomer was 23. The resultant UV- reactive phosphazene monomer shows some retardantal effect.
