以工业级锐钛型TiO_2为载体V_2O_5-WO_3型催化剂脱氮性能试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 为降低脱氮催化剂成本,以工业级锐钛型TiO2为载体,制备V2O5-WO3/TiO2型烟气脱氮催化剂,在自制催化反应器中测试其活性,研究反应温度、空速比、O2浓度、NO浓度、NH3/NO比及V2O5含量等对NO、NO2和N2O转化的影响,采用BET、FT-IR、SEM和XRD等进行微观表征,并与商业催化剂进行比较。结果表明以工业级锐钛型TiO2为载体的催化剂成本较低,在电站锅炉对于脱氮要求不太高的场合还是可行的。 In this study, an experimental investigation of behavior of V2O5-WO3 DeNO, catalyst grafted over commercial anatase TiO2 particles was conducted to study how operation parameters (temperature, NH3/NO ration, O2 concentration and space velocity etc. ) and catalyst composition affect the behavior of conversion of NO, NO2 and N2O. Then this type of catalyst is compared with commercial DeNO, catalyst to predict whether it is feasible for commercial purpose. The experiment shows this type of DeNOx catalyst is lower in price and it is feasible when NOx removal is not required to be high.
