金相复型技术是对火力发电机组金属部件进行现场微观组织非破坏的检验。在介绍金相复型技术的基础上,探讨了现场复膜的制作工艺和在锅炉安全检测中的应用实例。

Metallurgic replica is a un-destructive measure, which processes the inspection of field microcosmic structure of metal assemblies in power plant. Based on the introduction of properties and classification of metallurgic replica, this paper discusses the method of making field metallographs of boiler and gives some field application examples in security inspection of boiler.
