摘要
传统的垃圾焚烧炉焚烧温度低,因产生大量二恶英而被新一代垃圾处理装置取代。等离子体垃圾处理炉的处理温度高达3000℃~30000℃,可将垃圾中包括二恶英在内的所有有机成分在几毫秒的时间内彻底分解,小分子产物进人二燃室高温燃尽。RITS设计完成的用于医疗垃圾处理的等离子体炉包括垃圾自动上料装置、等离子发生器系统、主炉、尾气处理系统及自动控制系统共5部分。相比INER,改进后的RITS等离子炉在节能、脱氮、降低炉墙厚度及提高启停速度等方面的性能有了更大地提高。
The problem of exhausting dioxins under low incineration temperature made traditional incinerator be replaced by newer waste disposal unit. Relatively, with the processing temperature of 3 000℃ -30 000℃, the thermal plasma system can disposal all kinds of waste and all the organic compounds including dioxins were decomposed into small molecule, which can be burned out in the secondary combustion chamber. The thermal plasma system used for the medical waste treatment, designed by RITS, consists of 5 parts: waste self-feeding unit, plasma generator system, main furnace, off-gas treatment system and automatic control system. Compared with INER's system, the improved RITS plasma system achieves more success in the way of energy conservation, denitrification, reducing brickwork thickness and improving the start-stop speed.
