男性早泄的临床疗效研究

目的探讨联合应用西地那非和赛乐特治疗早泄的，临床效果。方法70例早泄患者随机分为两组；对照组35例口服赛乐特20mg，1次／d，性生活前6～8h服用；治疗组35例除同样服用赛乐特外，在性生活前30--60min加用西地那非50mg，观察10周。治疗前后进行阴道内射精潜伏期，IIEF性交满意度评分。每周性交频率以及性伴侣对性生活的满意度评价。结果两组患者平均阴道内射精潜伏期IIEF中性交满意度评分，每周性交频率较治疗前均有显著增加（P〈0．05），治疗组较对照组改善效果显著（P〈0．05）。治疗结束时，治疗组患者对性生活满意率77％（27例），而对照组满意率51％（181％），治疗组患者满意与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论在对早泄患者的治疗上，联合应用西地那非和赛乐特优于单独赛乐特，临床上值得推荐使用.

Objective To study the efficacy of sildenafil plus seroxat in the treatment of premature ejaculation （PE）. Methods Seventy out patients with PE were randomly divided into two groups of equal number. The control group received seroxat 20 mg daily 6 to 8 hours before planned sexual activity for 10 weeks, and trial group were given 20 mg seroxat daily plus 50 mg sildenafil as needed, 30-60 min before planned sexual activity, for 10 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the mean intravaginal ejaculation latency time, the intercourse satisfaction, the mean number of coituses per week were evaluted. Results The mean intravaginal ejaculatory latency time was （0.58±0.12）, （3.9±0.45） minutes （P 〈 0.001） at baseline and post-treatment in control group. And （0.58±0.11）, （6.0±0.12） minutes （P 〈 0.001） in trial group. Improved in both of the 2 group. But more significantly in trial group （P 〈 0.05）. Before and after the treatment, the mean intercourse satisfaction domain values of the IIEF were （8.0±1.2）, （10.0±1.0） （P 〈 0.05） and （8.0±1.1）, （14.0±1.2） （P 〈 0.001） in control group and trial group, respectively, significantly greater in trial treatment; the mean numbers of coituses per week in control group and trial group were （1.0±0.12）, （1.9±0.5） （P 〈 0.05） and （0.9±0.3）, （2.8±0.2） （P 〈 0.001）, respetively, significantly larger in trial group （P 〈 0.05） after the treatment. The total intercoure satisfaction rate was 77% in trial group and was 51% in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Seroxat combined with silednafil can produce significantly better results than seroxat alone in patients with premature ejaculation, and recommended on clinical.
