摘要
目的观察小蓟饮子加减结合西药治疗成人紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)的临床疗效。方法将54例紫癜性肾炎患者随机分为治疗组27例,对照组27例。治疗组采用小蓟饮子加减联合常规西药治疗,对照组采用单纯西药治疗,疗程共8周。结果治疗组临床治愈率70.6%;对照组临床治愈率40.7%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗有必要进一步进行研究并推广。
Objective We have observed the efficacy of Xiaojiyinzi prescription combined with modem medicine in treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis （HSPN）. Methods The fifty-four enrolled patients suffering from HSPN were randomized into two groups, twenty-seven of whom received combined treatment, and others received the treatment of modern medicine only. The results were evaluated after eight weeks, Results The effectiveness of 70.6% in treatment group was achieved and 40.7% in control group, The difference is significant between two groups, Conclusion The combined treatment in HSPN should be further studied and promoted,
