摘要
通过对铝合金搅拌摩擦焊缝常见缺陷特征的分析,研究了X射线和超声检测方法对焊接缺陷的检测能力和可检测性,并采用抽样解剖光学观察方法对无损检测结果和缺陷判别方法进行了验证和对比分析。
Through analysis of typical defect characteristics in aluminium alloy friction stir welding, the detectability and potentiality of X-ray and ultrasonic evaluation are investigated. The nondestructive evaluation result and defect discrimination method are compared with optical microscopy.
