The nursing on the treatment of the recurrent,lasting pneumolthorax with the medical living creature gum

目的：探讨医用生物胶治疗复发性持续性气胸的临床疗效及操作过程中护理工作的重要性。方法：回顾性总结13例复发性持续性气胸，经胸腔引流管注射医用生物胶的治疗方法及护理措施。结果：经医用生物胶治疗及护理后，13例患者中3例3天内拔管。7例5天内拔管，3例10天内拔管：随访6—14个月未见复发。结论：医用生物胶治疗复发性持续性气胸效果满意，有效的心理护理，严格的用药准备，操作中严密的观察与配合，及时变换体位是操作成功的关键。

To explore the clinical efficacy on the treatment of the recurrent, lasting pneumothorax with the medical living creature gum and the importance of the nursing in the operation processes. Methods： The treatment and nursing on 13 patients with the recurrent, lasting pneumothorax were reviewed, the medical lving creature gum was injected into the thorax through the thorax drainage tube. Result：After the treatment and nursing with the medical living creature gum, 3 of 13 cases tubhs were pulled out within 3 days, 7 cases within 5 days and 3 cases within 10 days. No ease recurred after the follow- up6- 14 months. Conclusion： The key of.the satisfying efficacy on the treatment of the recurrent, lasting pneumothorax with the medical living creature gum is the effecfively psychological nursing, the strict preparation with the medicine, the tight observation and match, the transformation of the body at the right time.
