摘要
目的:分析63例124只眼LASIK术后角膜地形图的形态特征。方法:选择LASIK术后角膜地形图资料完整的患者63例124只眼,分析术后3个月及6个月时的角膜地形图变化。结果:术后角膜地形图以平滑型居多,6个月时为72.6%;在近视高度组,角膜地形图形态不同,而其最佳矫正视力无显著性差异(P>0.05);偏心切削在1.0mm以内对最佳矫正视力无明显影响。结论:LASIK手术后角膜切削形态较规则,疗效可靠、稳定性好。激光切削偏离中心应引起注意。
Objective： To analyze the characteristics of the corneal topography after lasik surgery in 63cases （124eyes）. Methods ：After lasik surgery 63cases（ 124eyes）, who had whole corneal topography date were choosed;and the changes of corneal topographies were analyzed at 3 months and 6 months after surgery. Results：After surgery the corneal topographies were mainly smooth the rate was 72.6% after 6 months; In high myopic team the different shapes of the corneal topographies were irrelavent to the best corrected visual acuity（BCVA）（P 〉 0.05）. And there was no significant effect on BCVA when decentration was limited in 1.0mm. Conclusions：After lasik ablation pattern was regular effective and stable. But the laser ablation decentration must be paid more attention.
