摘要
目的:分析颅脑外伤后并发脑梗死的发生机制及防治措施。方法:总结132例住院病人的临床资料,对并发脑梗死的情况进行分析。结果:按格拉斯哥预后分级标准随访半年,治愈50例、中残21例、重残16例、植物生存11例、死亡34例,其中死亡者均为成年人,以中老年居多。结论:外伤性大面积脑梗死死亡率高,早期诊断和早期治疗是提高疗效的保证,值得深入研究。
Objective：To analyze the mechanisms and means of prevention and cure of cerebral infarction in patients with brain injury. Methods： To summarize and analyze clinical data of 132 cases of cerebral infarction after brain injury. Results ：According to Glasgow Outcome Scale（GOS）scores, 50 patients were classified as having good recovery,21 moderate neurological deficit, 16 severe neurological deficit, and 11 in vegetative state, Death occurred in 34 cases. Conclusions： These results indicate the mortality and morbidity of this condition are relatively high, and early diagnosis and treatment may improve prognosis, which should await further investigation.
