摘要
经济全球化带来了高等教育和人才竞争的国际化,高校人事管理呈现出国际化与本土化并存、手段和方式多样化、人才引进高层次化、教师培训职业化等新的趋势。为此高校人事管理必须实施人才战略,构筑必要的人才政策平台,建立行之有效的制度体系,实施高层次创造性人才工程。
Economic globalization has brought about the internationalization of higher education and talent competition. As a result, new trends have appeared in university personnel management that internationalization and localization coexist, ways and methods of personnel management diversify, higher-level talents are preferred and teacher training becomes a profession. To meet the new situation, universities must execute talent strategy, work out policies and establish systems with a view to carrying out the project of high-level creative talents.
