Challenges and Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Education in New Situation

大学生思想政治教育过程,从传播学的角度看是一种传播过程。因而传播学理论对提高大学生思想政治教育实效性具有重要的借鉴意义。从传播学的视角来看,加强大学生思想政治教育可以有以下策略:苦练“内功”,提升素质;研究对象,开发“需要”;双向“主体”,平等交流;更新载体,讲究技巧。

The process of university students＇ ideological and political education is a process of communication. Therefore, the theories of communication should be made use of to improve the effects of ideological and pohtical education in colleges. From the point of view of communication, such strategies are proposed： enhancing quality, analyzing the object of education, exchanging ideas on an equal basis and paying attention to tact and techniques.
