和谐思想是中华文化的基本精神。把和谐思想纳入到大学生思想政治教育中去是大学生思想政治教育题中应有之义。它是由思想政治教育的本质、和谐社会的本质和内涵、当前我国的社会经济状况、大学生思想政治教育的内容等多种因素决定的。它给大学生思想政治教育带来的启示是:应当把服务和谐社会作为大学生思想政治教育的目标;应当树立以人为本的理念;应当建立家庭、社会、学校和谐匹配的机制;各种教育方法、方式应和谐统一;系统性和有效性应和谐统一;应密切关注“四类人”,解决他们的实际问题。

The idea of harmony is the basic spirit of Chinese culture. This idea is an integral part of the ideological and political education of college students. It is determined by many factors such as the nature of ideological and political education, the essence and contents of harmonious society, the economic conditions of China and the contents of college ideological and political education.
