摘要 薪酬激励机制是现代人力资源管理的核心机制。从高校教师———知识型人才的特点出发,运用经济学和心理学的有关理论分析高校薪酬激励机制建构的理论基础,对目前高校薪酬激励制度改革有重要启示。 The salary motivation mechanism is a core mechanism in the modem university human resources management. From the characteristics of the university teachers as knowledge-based talents, the paper discusses the theoretical foundation of such a mechanism by applying relevant economic and psychological theories, bringing out the inspirations for the reform of the salary motivation mechanism in universities in present China.
