摘要 采用有限元法对GTEM传输室的特性阻抗进行了三维分析。沿球面波的方向截取GTEM传输室的一段作为计算模型,通过分段多角度计算,求出芯板的最佳张角。考虑芯板厚度对阻抗的影响给出了芯板优化方案。在有限元分析软件AN SYS下开发了计算特性阻抗的用户模块,提高了设计效率。由于本文提出的计算方法能更好地逼近场分布的真实情况,因而具有较高的计算精度。 The characteristic impedance of GTEM cell is analyzed by three-dimension finite element method. The calcutlation model is the sect cut from the GTEM cell along the spherical wave direction. The optimized angle of septum is found through calculating the characteristic impedances for different sects and different angles. The optimum plan for correcting the septum is proposed, considering the effect of the thickness of septum. The user's program module for calculating the characteristic impedance is developed under the environment of ANSYS, which greatly improves the design efficiency. The method discussed in this paper approximate, perfectly to the real state of electromagnetic field distribution, so it's more accurate.
