介绍了基于网络的红外焦平面阵列串音测试系统的设计,详细阐述了网络控制、精密位移、精确调焦、器件最佳工作点调整、系统噪声降低的原理和实现方法。
The design of IRFPA crosstalk test system based on network is introduced in this paper. The principle and realization method of network controlling, accurate positioning and focusing, optimal DUT working status adjusting and noise reducing are presented in detail.
