This paper deals with the characteristic both competitive strategy and competitiveposition on automobile transportation enterprises in special the state-owned large and medium enterprises in market competitior. In light of competitive power of the enterprises,threecompetitive market strategies, that is market leader, market challenger and market followmay be adopted.
