摘要
辐照技术被广泛应用于材料表面改性.为了提高碳纤维表面性能,利用较高能量射线(60Coγ-射线)辐照接枝技术处理碳纤维表面,并分析了辐照处理前后的碳纤维表面化学元素及官能团组成,探讨了碳纤维表面形貌的变化机理.结果表明:高能辐照接枝技术在一定的吸收剂量范围内,能够有效地提高碳纤维表面O/C值和含氧官能团数量,可以提高碳纤维表面的粗糙度近1倍.
The technology of high-energy irradiation is widely used in the aspect of modifying material interface because of its high efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection. In this paper, γ-ray irradiation graft technology is used in the surface of carbon fiber. The surface chemical elements and functional groups of untreated and irradiate cured carbon fiber are analyzed. Mechanism of the surface topography changes of carbon fiber is dealt with. The results show what the value of O/C and the quantity of oxygen functional groups are enhanced efficiently by γ-ray irradiation graft technology. The surface roughness of CF is nearly doubled.
