根据随机过程理论,在随机弹性理论基础上,提出了随机过程弹性和随机过程内部弹性的概念,给出了运算性质.随机过程的各个数字特征是时变的,平稳随机过程研究了各数字特征关于时间的弹性问题.通过实例验证了随机过程弹性并不适应于所有的随机过程,同时指出随机弹性理论仍属初级阶段.

Based on the theory of stochastic processes and stochastic elasticity, the concepts of stochastic process elasticity and stochastic process inner elasticity are given, with its operation properties studied. Moreover, the digital characteristic is changed by time t. In other words, it's a function about time t. So we can introduce the concept of elasticity to it and research the changes of elasticity. Facts have proven that stochastic process elasticity is not fit for all stochastic processes. Meanwhile the theory of stochastic elasticity still exists in its early stage.
